We already do training. Why is this different?
Most dealership training is event-based: a week of onboarding, a quarterly meeting, maybe a YouTube playlist. Entake is continuous. Reps use it daily. Managers can inspect it daily. The difference is the difference between a gym membership and a trainer who shows up every morning.
My reps won't use another app. Why would they use this one?
